to Indonesian
a. that to keep and utilize diversify of fisheries resources and fulfill domestic demands of sidat seeds, it is necessary to regulate prohibition to export sidat seeds (Anguilla spp) from territory of the Republic of Indonesia to outside of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia;
b. that Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Number PER.18/MEN/2009 concerning Prohibition to Export Sidat Seeds (Anguilla spp) from Territory of the Republic of Indonesia to outside of the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia does not give enough protection and sustainable domestic demands of sidat seeds;
c. that based on consideration as intended in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries of the concerning Prohibition to Export Sidat Seeds (Anguilla spp) from Territory of the Republic of Indonesia to outside of the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia;

3. Government Regulation Number 60 of 2007 concerning Conservation of Fisheries Resources (Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Number 134 of 2007, Supplement to Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4779);
4. Government Regulation Number 30 of 2008 concerning Management of Fisheries Research and Development (Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 of 2008, Supplement to Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4840);

Presidential Regulation Number 24 of 2010 concerning Position, Task, and Functions of the State Ministries as well as Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions of Echelon I of State Ministries, as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2011 (Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Number 142 of 2011);
5. Presidential Decree Number 84/P of 2009, as amended the latest by Presidential Decree Number 61/P of 2012;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Number PER.15/MEN/2010 concerning Organization and Work Flow of Ministry of Marine and Fisheries;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES CONCERNING PROHIBITION TO EXPORT SIDAT SEEDS (Anguilla spp) FROM TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TO OUTSIDE OF THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
Any individual or corporation is prohibited to export sidat seeds (Anguilla spp) with size less or same with 150 (one hundred and fifty) gram per unit from territory of the Republic of Indonesia to outside of the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
When this Ministerial Regulation comes into force, Regulation of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Number PER.18/MEN/2009 concerning Prohibition to Export Sidat Seeds (Anguilla spp) from Territory of the Republic of Indonesia to outside of the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia, shall be revoked and declared null and void.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia
